You will be picked up From Sokhna port by your Egyptologist Guide; you will start the day by visiting the Giza Necropolis, which is only about 30 minutes from Cairo, where your Egyptologist Guide will provide a fascinating introduction to each of the three pyramids:
Cheops, Khafre and Menakaure.
If you want to see the breathtaking and fantastic workmanship of the Pyramids from the inside, you may enter the burial chambers of the pyramids. However, your guide cannot enter with you to avoid overcrowding. You may also go on a camel or horse ride around the pyramids area.
Note: Entering inside the Pyramids & Camel or horse ride will cost an extra charge per activity.
After visiting the pyramids, your Guide will offer you the opportunity for an unforgettable photo by continuing across the plateau to take in the view of the three pyramids rising from the sands, with the Cairo skyline in the background.
A short distance to the city side of the plateau finds you standing at the feet of the Sphinx, for thousands of years, the enigmatic symbol of Egypt!
You will next visit the Egyptian Museum of antiquities. It displays the world's most significant and precious artifacts of Egyptian items and art. The Museum exhibits a rare collection of over 250,000 genuine artifacts that date as far back as 5000 years, including an exclusive exhibit dedicated to King Tutankhamon.
A collection of Gold Treasures and jewelry was buried in his tomb for over 3500 years before it was discovered in the 1920s when it was excavated.
After completing your tour, you will be transferred back to Sokhna port.
